hailey-jordan asked: 3M hooks and the 3M picture hanging thingys stick to cinderblocks like a dream come true. I had a huge, framed, heavy, piece of art on my dorm's wall and it held up just fine. Not sure about a shelf though, that might be tricky depending on what's on the shelf.
